Peach Treat
4 oz. Champagne
1 oz. Peach brandy
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 slice Peach
Shake brandy and orange juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over several ice cubes. Top with chilled champagne, add the peach slice, and serve.
